As a long-time user of the Infinity New Tab extension, I have relied on it for nearly 7 years. It has been an indispensable tool in my daily browsing experience.
Security Concerns
However, recent community discussions regarding potential security risks and "malicious takeovers" have raised concerns. Prioritizing data safety, I felt compelled to seek a more secure alternative.
Driven by these security considerations, I developed Infinity2Chrome, a migration tool designed to help users safely export their bookmark data and migrate it directly to Chrome's native bookmark system.
Consequently, Side Browser's New Tab feature was born. It aims to provide a secure, transparent, and efficient alternative, ensuring that your data remains completely in your own hands.
